FrameworkDocs is a document drafting tool, not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created between you and FrameworkDocs, its operators, or any affiliated party.
All documents, templates, and outputs generated through this service are frameworks and starting points only — they are not final legal instruments. FrameworkDocs does not review, supervise, or certify any generated content.
You are solely and entirely responsible for:
You assume all risk arising from how you use, share, sign, or rely on documents generated through FrameworkDocs. FrameworkDocs accepts no responsibility for the consequences of your use of any generated output.
The service and all content are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
FrameworkDocs makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
AI-generated documents may contain errors, hallucinations, or omissions. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. A document that was accurate when generated may become inaccurate. Always verify currency and applicability.

FrameworkDocs uses artificial intelligence to generate document content. You should understand that:
Downloading or exporting a document in any format (Word, PDF, Markdown, or other) does not constitute approval, certification, review, or verification by FrameworkDocs.
Exported documents are draft templates. Exporting does not imply legal validity, enforceability, or fitness for any particular use. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and finalizing any exported document before use.
FrameworkDocs makes no guarantees of continuous or uninterrupted service availability. The service may experience downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. FrameworkDocs is not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability or changes to features.
FrameworkDocs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except as may be required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FrameworkDocs shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against FrameworkDocs. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
FrameworkDocs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
